The FYArlington discussion group is a Google Group for sharing Arlington budget information and news.  This discussion group exists as a resource for information.

How to Join

Anyone can join. You do not need a Google Account, however with a Google Account, you can send and receive group posts via the Google Group Web interface (where you can search and review all messages).

• You can also go to the FYArlington Discussion Group page and  'Join the Group' if you have a Google Account or create one.
• A Google Account does not require a gmail address, you simply register your email address so you can log in to use any other Google features.
• The Google Group Web interface allows you to receive group posts and search and review all messages.

Guidelines

While anyone can participate, we request that all people who post follow these guidelines:

• Posts should be relevant to Arlington's budget, and other factors that affect the budget.
• Examples of topics that are suitable include possible cuts to the budget, opportunities for funding, legislation that affects the budget (i.e. healthcare), opportunities to learn more about the school budget or ways to have your voice heard.
• No anonymous posts.
• No candidate endorsements.
• No personal attacks or opinions about the behavior of individuals or groups.

Individuals who do not follow these guidelines will have their posts moderated.
